By accessing or using duohub's services, including our voice training studio, content ingestion, knowledge graph creation, and twin serving features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
duohub provides a platform for voice training, multimodal content ingestion into a knowledge graph, prompt templates, control of prompts, and serving of AI twins with privacy controls.
You must create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Services, including voice samples and ingested content.
By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
You agree not to use our Services to upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights. You also agree not to create or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. Additionally, you agree not to impersonate any person or entity. Furthermore, you agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our Services.
Our Services and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of duohub and its licensors.
The trained voice models and knowledge graphs created using our Services are owned by you, subject to our right to use them to provide and improve our Services.
Our Services use third-party voice training providers (Cartesia and PlayHT). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services linked from our platform.
We offer a $10 credit for new accounts.
Our pricing is as follows: Ingestion costs $0.05 per 1,000 tokens, and Calls cost $0.20 per minute.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, duohub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As a global business registered in Australia, we operate under Australian law while respecting applicable local laws in the jurisdictions where our users reside.
